The Session Clarity Sheet helps you organise what comes up. Systems of Change teaches Kim Jewell’s approach to interpreting that information—so you can make more deliberate decisions about what to explore and where to apply the skills you already have.
Builds on the skills you already use in EFT, NLP, hypnotherapy or related work.

Systems of Change
Optional additionLearn how Kim explores beliefs and representational systems, then brings that information into a session.
The sheet gives you a structure to use. The training develops your understanding of what you’re working with.
You review your notes. The session seemed useful. Now the same issue is back in the conversation.
?Do you repeat the technique?
?Try something else?
?Ask a different question?
Before choosing another intervention, there is another question worth asking:
“What haven’t I understood about this person’s experience yet?”
Your sheet helps you keep track of the information. Systems of Change teaches Kim’s approach to exploring it more deeply—and using what you learn to inform the next step.
Adding to your skills can be valuable. But a larger collection of techniques does not automatically answer the question in front of you:
“Why would I use this approach, with this person, at this point?”
Systems of Change focuses on the understanding behind that decision.
An illustration of inquiry
A client says, “I feel guilty saying no.”
That tells you the feeling. It does not yet tell you what saying no means to them.
Do they expect rejection? Believe they are being selfish? Recall a particular conversation?
Those are possibilities to explore—not conclusions to assume.
The next question can reveal information that changes where you direct your attention.
In Systems of Change, Kim develops this inquiry through her teaching on belief and representational systems, including what she calls “the mind’s hidden system.”
The training explains the distinctions she uses and how she brings them together in a session.
What meaning is the person giving the experience?
How are they describing and expressing what is happening?
What does that information suggest you should clarify or explore next?
The value is in learning how to use these distinctions—not simply memorising their names.

Inside the training
Six weeks, one system at a time. Each week builds a piece of the puzzle, and the final week brings the pieces together through case studies.
What a system is, why every part of it matters, and how small, consistent adjustments build a foundation for change.
Explore the meaning behind what a client says: conscious and unconscious beliefs, generational beliefs, and core or orientating beliefs with the “seeking resolution” behaviour they create.
Listen to how the experience is described: visual, auditory, kinesthetic, auditory digital, olfactory and gustatory systems, sub-modalities, and using them to build rapport.
How, in Kim’s approach, the mind accesses a coded experience—including the eye-movement patterns she teaches as one way of noticing how someone is processing.
Connect what you hear to what you ask next: the words a person uses to express their inner experience, and Kim’s Plus vs Minus System technique for putting intake information to use.
What Kim calls the “pièce de résistance” of the course—the system she describes as keeping an imprint in place, and where the earlier weeks start to come together.
Bring the concepts into a session. Case studies show how the systems work together, plus the system myths—such as whether the lead system is always the same.

Pages from Shifting Core or Orientating Beliefs, Kim’s 4-step guide to creating choice around core beliefs—one of the practitioner guides included with the course.
“This course is not a finite 6-week experience. There are many concepts in this course that will need to be gone over and over until it becomes second nature to you.”
— Kim Jewell, from the course introductionThat’s why your access doesn’t end after six weeks: you keep lifetime access to the program, lessons and worksheets.

Meet Kim Jewell
Kim describes noticing a gap between what she had learned in training and what she saw an experienced practitioner doing in a session.
She was already running successful sessions with the structure she had been taught, yet she could see there was something she was still missing. She returned to the material, studied it again, and began connecting concepts she had encountered before with their practical use.
“My goal at the time was to master, not just become a Master but to truly master the art of creating lasting change in my clients.”
— Kim JewellSystems of Change grew from that exploration: a deeper look at beliefs, representational systems, and how to bring the learning together when working with someone.
This is practitioner-development training. It is separate from the six-month coach certification and the Practitioner Authority business program.
[CONFIRM EXACT ENTRY REQUIREMENTS BEFORE PUBLISHING]You may recognise many of the concepts—Kim says so herself. The question is whether you know how she connects and applies them in a session.
“Some of the material may be familiar to you. Almost all of it you will have heard in one place or another. This course is about taking the ‘Systems’ the mind uses to create our reality and to be able to decode that.”
— Kim JewellNo. The training focuses on Kim’s approach to understanding and applying the concepts described here. It is designed to deepen practitioner learning alongside the skills you already use—EFT, NLP, hypnotherapy, coaching or counselling.
No. Your Session Clarity Sheet remains a usable resource on its own. Systems of Change is a separate training for practitioners who want to study the thinking behind Kim’s approach more deeply.
The 6-week online program with video lessons, weekly workbooks, quizzes and practitioner guides, plus newsletter access. It’s a one-time payment of $97, with lifetime access to the program, lessons and worksheets.
